Meet The
Founder of Vida Agave
Being born in Galveston, Texas, and raised in San Luis Potosi, Mexico inspired him to share with Galvestonians and tourists a unique Mexican concept.
Luis began his career in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher in 2008, He worked in different restaurants on the Island, such as Gaidos Seafood and Salsas Tex-Mex restaurant. During that time he gained experience and brought his idea to life in May 2022.
The agave plant being the main character inspired him to create Vida Agave, showcasing the rich and authentic flavors of his Mexican heritage. Together with his family and staff, they strive to create an unforgettable experience for every guest and take them one step closer to Mexico!
